How do I return an item?
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. In the event you receive your hair and are not satisfied, you can send the hair back, in its original condition, for an exchange. However, if you receive the hair and you do not wish to exchange, Got Lengths will ONLY offer a refund if we sent you the incorrect hair, but you must notify us within 5 business days of the day your order is physically shipped.
If you order a wig, pre colored bundles, and or a frontal and we custom order your hair within 24 hours you ARE NOT able to receive a refund for those items at all.

Not the style you were looking for and want to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us and we will send out your requested style. If the requested lengths change we will have to adjust the cost of your order.
