How do I return an item?
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance. Got Lengths will ONLY offer a refund if we sent you the incorrect hair, but you must notify us within 5 business days of the day your order is physically shipped.
If you order a wig, pre colored bundles, and or a frontal and we custom order your hair within 24 hours you ARE NOT able to receive a refund for those items at all.
